Institution: Gaza Community College for Tourism Studies (GCCTS)
Project Title: Developing Knowledge and Skills of Computer Technology Program Students to Meet the Needs of Labor Market (CTech)
Introduction:
Gaza Community College for Tourism Studies (GCCTS) has received a grant from the Quality Improvement Fund (QIF)- Education to Work Transition Project/Additional Financing - Ministry of Education and Higher Education and funded by the World Bank for the project entitled: "Developing Knowledge and Skills of Computer Technology Program Students to Meet the Needs of Labor Market". Accordingly, GCCTS seeks the selection and employment of Part time - Project Technician to support the project team in project implementation.
Assignment Objective
GCCTS is considering the selection of highly qualified Project Technician responsible for some project activities like training, supervision & evaluation of students, …under the supervision of the Project team.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
to insure its safety and prepare BOQ with the existing equipment, accessories, tools.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum two years of experience in commuter lap management – programming – tools keeping .
3. Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office, programming, database, web applications, computer interfacing..).
4. Good English language and Communication skills.
5. Very good technical reporting skills.
Place of work:
The Project Technician will work in GCCTS main site buildings in Gaza City.
Time Frame:
The duration of the assignment is (21 months), he/she shall work (7 hours) per day (3 days) per week.
Contract Type: Time Based contract
